Focusing on the pomanders and the quintessences, you will learn how to support any meditation or any healing practices you may have with these beautifully scented infusions of herbs, crystals & essential oils. Finishing off with Caroline’s signature crystal bowl and vocals sound bath, using Lady Nada quintessence, this class also includes handouts on the aura & chakras.
