With twenty years’ experience of facilitating meditation and relaxation circles, Caroline delivers high quality, bespoke sound bath events using a unique combination of quartz singing bowls, Acutonics Tuning Forks® and Aura-Soma® Colour, to bring effortless relaxation to clients and facilitates various relaxation and meditation circles and classes in private, public, community and school environments.

She has worked with students and staff of national primary schools, for the Adult Division of RIAM (Royal Irish Academy of Music) and at IMMA. She has helped various departments in community organisations to enjoy the relaxing and resetting benefits of sound bath meditations. Her many past years’ experience of teaching english and computers helps to convey the information about sound healing clearly.
