corporate Sound bath groups

As part of a wellness event or simply as a treat for your staff, a Corporate Sound Bath is a relaxing, de-stressing group activity.

With a postgraduate certificate in Workplace Wellness from Tangent, Trinity College Dublin’s Ideas Workspace, Caroline has the skills necessary to develop effective programmes that align an organisation’s values to employee wellness and that ensure engagement and buy-in from both senior management and staff. She understands what makes for long-term wellbeing success for an organisation, when wellness programmes are well-grounded, researched, and leadership-backed, and combines this understanding with twenty years’ experience of facilitating meditation and relaxation. Her empathetic approach to understanding participant needs helps create a safe, inclusive space for all attendees.

Feedback

For Wellness Week, we had the pleasure of experiencing something truly unique. Caroline Flavin from @_alchemyofsound came in to Fineco AM to host a sound bath session with us. As someone who has tried various meditation and yoga methods, I was really excited to try a sound bath for the first time. It was definitely worth it, I had a peaceful night’s sleep. It’s amazing how sound can have such a positive impact on our well-being. Thank you to Caroline Flavin, for sharing your expertise with us.” – Fariha Riaz, People Operations Specialist, Fineco Asset Management, Dublin
